Who sends these messages
Text messages are sent by Dudley, an AI guide operated by Cabildo Companies. When you text Dudley or opt in to SMS messages through any Cabildo product (including Portage, Cour, and Routabout), these terms apply.
What you're consenting to
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Dudley related to:
- Trip planning and travel recommendations you requested
- Responses to questions you send
- Drafts and itineraries you asked Dudley to save
- Service updates related to your account
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use Portage, Cour, and Routabout without opting in to SMS.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from Dudley at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent to that number. You can opt back in at any time by texting START or by re-enrolling through any Cabildo product.
